Our Client was expanding their technology team that focused on Data Engineers, Back End Developers, Front End Developers and Full Stack Developers. The client required a team to be assembled on a tight deadline.
They had the added complication of their geographical location that meant the demographics of these personnel were incredibly difficult to find.
Naturally, they wanted the team to add value as quickly as possible. They required a specific cross-section of coding and programming languages in JAVA and JavaScript without the internal training capacity to facilitate such growth and training all at once.
